Oakley Valley Arts is committed to help young people interested in the performing arts.  Aaron and Gloria Johnson were killed in a tragic accident in 1990 and this scholarship was set up to remember their contributions to the arts and Oakley Valley Arts Council.  Two $250.00 scholarships are given each April to area graduating seniors who have participated in the arts.

All applications MUST be received by March 25.

The following areas will be considered when evaluating applications

• Participation in Oakley Valley Arts Productions
• Participation in other theatrical productions
• Community service
• Academics
• Essay pertaining to future goals and plans
