The Oakley Valley Arts Council values notable people in the community that have been willing to contribute and danate their time and talents. We honor those people with the OVAC Comunity Service Award. Thanks to these people for their outstanding service to our great community!
Oakley-Kent Severe, Oakley Valley Arts Council President, presented the Oakley Valley Arts Council's 2009 Service Award to Rachel Dillon. Rachel has been involved accompanying, orchestrating, and directing at Howells Opera House as well as in the community for many years. 
Each year we recoginize community members who have gone above and beyond themselves to help promote the Oakley Valley Arts Organization.
